Drainage and flood control in Isoko South
This critical project addressed severe waterlogging and soil instability in Isoko South. Facing a high water table and heavy seasonal rains, our team implemented continuous sumps for active dewatering and excavated weak surface clays down to solid strata. We then constructed reinforced concrete channels designed for maximum peak-flow capacity, ensuring effective water management.

We completely eliminated seasonal waterlogging and localized flooding for over 200 nearby homes and business properties. This project protected surrounding building foundations from water erosion, reduced waterborne health hazards, and kept local access roads fully passable during peak rainfall, significantly improving quality of life and safety for the community.
Road sub-base stabilization in Asaba axis
The challenge in the Asaba axis was the highly expansive "black cotton" soil, which posed a significant risk of premature cracking and asphalt failure under heavy load traffic. Our solution involved comprehensive soil-compaction testing, removing unsuitable material, and introducing stabilized aggregate sub-bases to ensure long-term structural load distribution and durability.
